Man Bites Dog has been awarded the Best Business Communications Campaign of the Year at the IBP Communication and PR Awards, in partnership with leading global natural and built asset design and consultancy firm ARCADIS.
The award-winning campaign, The Sustainable Cities Index explores the three demands of People, Planet and Profit to develop an indicative ranking of 50 of the world's leading cities. Smashing its own targets, the campaign generated 17,000 video views and 50,000 unique visitors from 175 countries. There were more than 380 pieces of coverage internationally, raising Arcadis’s profile and far exceeding sales targets.
Judges praised the campaign as well conceived, carefully planned and impressively executed, as well as commenting on its creative, interactive and visually appealing nature.
Judges commented, “ARCADIS’s Sustainable Cities Index was a powerful tool with clear strategic objectives and highly impressive results for the company across the globe.”
“The comms team at ARCADIS, in partnership with Cebr and Man Bites Dog, created a practical resource that played to cities’ natural competitiveness and gave the company’s offices across the world a powerful story to tell.”
Man Bites Dog would also like to congratulate Andy Rowlands, ARCADIS's Head of Corporate Communications for his win as the IBP Communicator of the Year.
